摘要:
我国人均GDP已超过一万美元,高等教育体系处于转型发展的关键时期。从历史角度归纳分析美国、日本、韩国、智利四国在人均GDP一万美元时期高等教育的规模类型、层次结构、学科结构、高水平大学建设等特征图景和发展趋势,利用就业和升学作为主要动因揭示高等教育进入普及化阶段后持续发展的内在逻辑,将为我国高等教育体系的建设和完善提供借鉴和启示。我国高等教育体系在人均GDP一万美元以上的经济时期和初步达到高等教育普及化的历史阶段,应注重多样性和全面性、开放性和包容性、引领性和示范性等体系特征的建设和完善。
Abstract:
China’s per capita GDP has exceeded 10,000 US dollars, and the construction of higher education system is in a critical period of transformation and development. From a historical point of view, this paper summarizes and analyzes the scale type, hierarchical structure, discipline structure, high-level university construction and other characteristics and development trends of higher education in four countries of the United States, Japan, South Korea and Chile during the period of 10000 US dollars per capita GDP. It uses employment and higher education as the main driving force to reveal the internal logic of the sustainable development of higher education after it enters the stage of popularization. This paper provides reference and guidance for the construction and improvement of China’s higher education system. China’s higher education system should focus on the construction and improvement of system features such as diversity and comprehensiveness, openness and inclusiveness, leadership and demonstration during the economic period when the per capita GDP is above 10,000 US dollars and at the historical stage when the universalization of higher education is initially achieved.
