摘要:

“双一流”建设的时代方位可以概括为“两个大局”和“两个中心”。“两个大局”是“中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局”和“百年未有之大变局”。“两个中心”是“努力成为世界主要科学中心和创新高地”和“加快建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地”。世界一流大学建设的中国逻辑是扎根中国大地办大学。“双一流”建设的基本方略包括5个方面：一是突出立德树人，培养一流人才方阵；二是突出学科交叉，构建一流大学体系；三是突出原始创新，完善大学创新体系；四是突出开放合作，构建人类命运共同体；五是突出师德师风，建设一流教师队伍。

Abstract:

The era orientation of “double first-class” construction can be summarized as “two overall situations” and “two centers”.“The two overall situations”are “the overall strategic situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation” and “a major change not seen in a century”.The “two centers” are “striving to become the world’s major scientific center and innovation highland” and “accelerating the construction of the world’s important talent center and innovation highland”.The Chinese logic of building a world-class university is to take root in China to run a university.The basic strategy of “double first-class” construction includes five aspects: first, highlight morality and cultivate first-class talents.Second, highlight the interdisciplinary and build a first-class university system.Third, highlight the original innovation and improve the university innovation system.Fourth, highlight openness and cooperation and build a community with a shared future for mankind.Fifth, highlight teachers’ ethics and style and build a first-class team of teachers.
