摘要:
“双一流”建设作为我国高等教育的重大战略决策,其目标具有宏观性、笼统性等特点。根据管理学相关理论,战略目标只有进行分解后才能更加清晰。本研究在埃德温·洛克目标设置理论和彼得·德鲁克目标管理的SMART原则指导下,根据“双一流”建设高校/学科的近期、中期和远期建设目标及其在全球性大学排名中的表现与趋势,对“双一流”建设的战略目标进行了尝试性的分解,具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract:
Double World-Class Initiative is an important decision for Chinese higher education, with strategic goals of building world-class universities and world-class disciplines. Nevertheless, its strategic goals are rather general and immeasurable. According to the relevant theories of management, the strategic goal can be more clear only after decomposition. Under the guidance of the Goal Setting Theory of Edwin Locke and the SMART principle of Peter Drucker’s management by objectives, this study attempts to transform the general goals of the Double World-Class Initiative into measurable ones by the analysis of short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives of Double World-Class universities/disciplines and their performance and trends in global rankings, which is of practical significance for the Double World-Class Initiative.
