摘要:
高等教育供给侧结构性改革是从供需结构的角度进一步夯实了人才培养的核心工作,体现着当前我国高等教育结构研究的范式转型,更是新时代下我国高等学校转型发展的重要契机。高等工科教育供给侧结构性改革,因其典型性和特殊性,面临着规模结构、社会需求、教育目标、实施主体、专业调整等众多维度上的现实矛盾,是当前我国高等教育供给侧结构性改革的缩影。这些结构问题与现实矛盾,部分是由于高等教育自身普及化发展进程与经济结构调整新常态相互叠加的特殊阶段所引发的,也与高等教育现代化进程中传统与现代的交互作用有直接关系。破解这些问题的思路是建立高等教育供给侧结构性改革的系统工程观,立意在教育发展,手段靠市场参与,主体是高校自身,核心在人才培养。
Abstract:
The supply-side structural reform in higher education further strengthens the core position of talents cultivation from the perspective of supply and demand structure, and embodies the shift in the paradigm of the research of higher education structure in China. It is also an important opportunity for the transformation and development of higher education institutions in the new era. Because of its typicality and particularity, the supply-side structural reform of higher engineering education is confronted with realistic contradictions in many dimensions, such as the scale and structure, social demand, educational goal, subject of implementation, adjustment of discipline-specialty and so on. It is the epitome of the supply-side structural reform in higher education in China. The emergence of these structural problems and realistic contradictions is not only a consequence of the special stage of intertwining higher education popularization process and the restructure of economic new norms, but also directly related to the interaction between tradition and modernity in the process higher education modernization. A way to solve these problems is to set up a systematic engineering view of the supply-side structural reform of higher education. The purpose is to develop education, the means is to rely on market participation, the main body are the universities themselves, and the core is talents cultivation.
