京津冀城市群是我国区域发展战略部署的重要组成部分，党的十八大以来，京津冀区域协同发展上升为国家战略，进入了全面实施阶段，区域高等教育协同发展呈现出新的特点。根据2013-2019年数据分析发现，京津冀区域高等教育资源集聚明显，发展失衡状态有所缓和，协同发展模式多元；然而，也存在高等教育资源增速放缓、京津冀三地发展差距仍然悬殊、协同发展成效有待增强等问题。在国家新发展格局背景下，京津冀区域高等教育协同发展要强化全局意识、协同意识、改革意识和质量意识，主动服务国家区域发展战略部署，加速推进区域内部高等教育均衡发展和内涵式发展，进一步完善区域高等教育协同治理体系，保障各项工作的有效落实，为区域经济社会发展提供持久动力。
Abstract:
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration is an important part of China's regional development strategic. Especially, since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has become a national strategy, and has entered the stage of full implementation. The coordinated development of regional higher education in this region presents new characteristics. According to the analysis of the data from 2013 to 2019, this paper finds that higher education resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are obviously concentrated, the imbalance of development has eased, and the coordinated development mode is diversified. However, there are also some problems, such as the slow growth of higher education resources, the disparity of development among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the effectiveness of coordinated development to be enhanced. Under the background of the new development paradigm, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should strengthen the overall awareness, coordination awareness, reform awareness and quality awareness, actively serve the strategic deployment of national regional development, accelerate the balanced development and connotative development of higher education within the region, further improve the coordinated governance system of regional higher education, ensure the effective implementation of various work, and provide lasting impetus for regional economic and social development.
