摘要:
高等教育天然具有国际化的特征,鉴于传统高等教育国际化模式面临的困境,在地国际化成为推动高等教育国际化的一种重要路径。当前实施高等教育在地国际化的方式主要为创建多元化文化校园、开设国际化课程、关注跨文化意识培养的教学方式,数字技术的兴起为高等教育在地国际化提供了新的实践路径,其体现于数字技术嵌入高等教育在地国际化的技术赋能、提升高等教育在地国际化公平性的权利赋能、重视实质互动和国际化教育经验获得的效率赋能等。在此基础上,以欧盟“伊拉斯谟+虚拟交流”项目为例,进一步阐释数字技术在驱动高等教育在地国际化的表现。最后,对未来数字技术驱动高等教育在地国际化可能的困境及对策进行讨论。
Abstract:
Higher education naturally has the characteristics of internationalization. Given the difficulties faced by traditional internationalization models of higher education, local internationalization has become an important path to promote the internationalization of higher education. The current methods of implementing the internationalization of higher education in the local area include creating diversified cultural campuses, offering internationalization courses, and focusing on cultivating cross-cultural awareness. The rise of digital technology has provided a new practical path for the internationalization of higher education in the local area, which is reflected in the technological empowerment of digital technology embedded in the internationalization of higher education in the local area, the right empowerment to enhance the fairness of the local internationalization of higher education, and emphasizing the efficiency empowerment in terms of substantive interaction and acquisition of international educational experience. On this basis, taking the EU’s “Erasmus+Virtual Exchange” project as an example, we further explain the performance of digital technology in driving the internationalization of higher education locally and discuss the possible difficulties and strategies for the future internationalization of higher education driven by digital technology.
