- 利益嵌入是美国联邦政府对高等教育认证协会实行“嵌入式治理”的实质与内核。在利益嵌入方式上，联邦政府的嵌入方式主要为权力资源嵌入，而认证协会则通过游说与结盟策略实现了对政府的特殊利益反向嵌入。
- Abstract:
- The interest embedded dimension is both the essence and the kernel of the embedding relationship between the American federal government and the accreditation agencies. In the way of interest embedding, the federal government mainly relies on the power resources embedding, while the American higher education accreditation agencies realize their special interests through lobbying and alliance strategy.
