摘要:
拔尖人才培养是我国人才强国战略的重心,但从培养理论和实践而言,拔尖人才培养路径和过程还未与国际先进理论模型完全接轨。本文基于茨格勒理论,从要素视角、动态视角和系统视角分析了如何培养拔尖创新人才,并为丰富我国拔尖人才培养理论和实践提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract:
The cultivation of top-notch talents is one of the main strategies to strengthen the country through science and education. However, talent cultivation in China has not fully aligned with the advanced international theoretical models, both in terms of theories and practice. Based on the Actiotope Model of Giftedness by A.Ziegler, this paper analyzes the ways to cultivate top-notch talents from the perspectives of elements, dynamics and systematics. In the end, this paper puts forward suggestions for the practice of top-notch talent cultivation in China.
