摘要:
跨境民族教育由于地理及历史等方面的原因发展相对滞后,大力发展跨境民族教育既是实现国家教育均衡发展的现实需要,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略选择。“一带一路”为跨境民族教育的改革发展创造了新的历史机遇。在新的时代背景下,跨境民族教育不仅呈现出新的时代特征,而且对于多极政治安全、多样经济发展、新型社会治理、多元文化融通、和谐生态共建等具有直接的现实意义。因此,跨境民族教育需要在重建价值定位、增进跨文化理解、探索区域联盟、激活要素市场等方面做出新的抉择,以促进跨境民族教育的创新发展。
Abstract:
The development of cross-border ethnic education is relatively lagging behind due to geographical and historical reasons. Developing cross-border ethnic education is not only a realistic need to achieve the balanced development of national education, but also a strategic choice to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The “Belt and Road” Proposal has created a new historical opportunity for the reform and development of cross-border ethnic education. In the new era, cross-border ethnic education not only presents new era characteristics, but also has direct practical significance for multi-polar political security, diversified economic development, new social governance, multicultural integration, harmonious ecological co-construction and so on. Therefore, in order to promote the innovative development of cross-border ethnic education, it is necessary to make new choices in such aspects as the reconstruction of value positioning, the enhancement of cross-cultural understanding of education, the exploration of regional alliances, and the activation of factor markets.
