摘要:
“一带一路”倡议在文化领域面临严峻挑战,沿线国家复杂的文化生态、传统滋养的文化中心主义观念与大国崛起引发的国家主义思潮等都在不同程度上加剧中国与其他国家的文化冲突。想要弥合国家间日益明显的文化裂痕,我们应推进新型世界公民教育,通过培养国民互利的利益共同体、互融的文化共同体与互存的命运共同体理念帮助个体养成包容的世界主义情感、助推国家履行国际责任与使命、打造世界范围的人类命运共同体。政府、学校和社会都将成为推进新型世界公民教育不可或缺的重要力量。
Abstract:
The “One Belt, One Road” initiative is facing severe challenges in the cultural field. The complex cultural ecology of the countries along the line, the Cultural Centralism under traditional influence, and the nationalist trends of thought triggered by the rise of the great powers are all intensifying the cultural conflict between china and other countries in varying degrees. In order to bridge the increasingly visible cultural rift between countries, we should promote a new type of world citizenship education and help individuals cultivate an understanding of inclusive cosmopolitan sentiment, help the country fulfill its international responsibilities and mission, and eventually create a world-wide human destiny community by cultivating the concept of mutually beneficial interest community, communicative cultural community, and co-existing destiny community. The government, schools, and society will all become indispensable forces for the promotion of new world citizenship education.
