摘要:

习近平总书记关于教育强国建设的重要论述,是逻辑严密、开放发展、守正创新的思想理论体系。要把学习宣传习近平《论教育》与学习贯彻落实全国教育大会精神贯通起来,深刻理解教育强国建设重要论述的理论特质、核心要义和价值意蕴。重要论述针对强国之需,明确教育的属性定位;针对强国之本,全面阐释教育强国应具备的特质与体系;针对强国之路,系统论述教育强国建设的重大关系与工作部署。深刻理解习近平总书记关于教育强国建设重要论述的思想理论体系,对加快建设教育强国具有重大政治意义、理论意义、实践意义、时代意义和世界意义。

Abstract:

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on building an education powerhouse constitute a logically rigorous, open, and innovation-oriented ideological and theoretical system. It is necessary to integrate the study and promotion of Comrade Xi Jinping’s “On Education” with the study and implementation of the spirit of the National Education Conference, and to deeply understand the theoretical characteristics, core essence, and value implications of this discourse. The important discourses define the nature and orientation of education in response to the needs of national development; comprehensively explain the characteristics and system that an education power should possess in response to the foundation of national strength; and systematically elaborate on the major relationships and strategic arrangements involved in building an education power in response to the path toward national strength. A profound understanding of the ideological and theoretical system of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on building an education powerhouse is of great political, theoretical, practical, contemporary, and global significance for accelerating the construction of an education powerhouse.
