就业意愿是触发大学生就业流动的重要因素。本研究通过对云南籍在京大学生开展问卷调查,综合Logit模型与Shapley分解的量化研究方法,辅以半结构化访谈,就家庭背景对大学生省际回流就业倾向、意向性单位类型与意向性就业区域可能存在的影响进行了分析。研究发现:家庭背景对大学生省际回流就业意愿具有显著性影响。在父母职业因素方面,家长如果从事机关事业单位管理性质的职业不仅会提高大学生省际回流就业的倾向性,而且会提高他们进入体制内单位求职的意愿;在家庭经济因素方面,家庭经济条件越好的大学生选择回流就业的倾向性越小,并且愿意选择到体制内单位就业的倾向性也越小;在家庭文化因素方面,父母受教育水平越高的大学生,选择回流就业的倾向性也越小;家庭经济越好、父母受教育程度越高的大学生,选择回流省会城市就业的意愿也越高。
Abstract:
Employment aspirations significantly influence the job mobility of university students. This study utilized a questionnaire survey targeting students from Yunnan Province studying in Beijing, employing a combined quantitative research approach of Logit models and Shapley decomposition, supplemented by semi-structured interviews. The research examined how family background affects students' tendencies to return to their home provinces for employment and their preferred employment sectors and geographical regions. Findings indicate that family background significantly impacts students’ intentions to return to their home provinces for employment. Students whose parents hold managerial positions in governmental or public institutions tend to show a higher propensity to return to their provinces and seek positions within governmental systems. Economically, students from wealthier families are less likely to return to their home provinces for employment and are less inclined to pursue positions within the public sector. Culturally, students with more highly educated parents are less likely to seek employment in their home provinces. Moreover, students from affluent backgrounds with well-educated parents are more inclined to seek employment in the provincial capitals.
