- 大学文化是大学组织至关紧要的治理元素，是以自觉于培育、遵循并坚守文化理性为推进实现大学良好治理即善治的客观所需。立足于大学善治的理念、要素与特征，本文认为塑造和谐包容的大学文化品格、推进以章程建设为核心的制度文化营造、落实以民主为导向的大学文化构建是大学组织应当培育并持守的文化理性。
- Abstract:
- University culture is a crucial element of university governance, which is required to cultivate, follow, and adhere to cultural rationality consciously to promote the realization of good governance of university. Based on the concept, elements and characteristics of good governance, this paper argues that building a harmonious and inclusive university culture, promoting institution cultural development with the advancement of university constitution, developing a democratic university culture, and cultivating responsibility and undertaking by encouraging cultural consciousness and cultural self-discipline are the cultural rationality which universities should stick to.
