摘要:
美国高等教育标准促进委员会经过近40年的发展,已形成了健全的专业标准体系和丰富的相关资源。其专业标准及相关资源在美国高校的熟悉程度、推广力度、市场价值、满意度等方面均具有较大的成就与影响力,具有专业标准系统化、资源开发多样化、关注问题实践化、产品推广市场化等特征,但也存在值得注意的相关问题。对此展开深入研究可为我国高校学生事务专业标准体系的制定与应用推广等提供启示与借鉴。
Abstract:
After nearly 40 years of development, the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS) has established a holistic professional standard system and accumulated abundant relevant resources. According to the 2016 report of the CAS Board of Directors, the CAS professional standards and related resources have been widely acknowledged by and promoted in the U.S. universities, generating great market value and influence with high customer satisfaction. The key characteristics of the system are: systematic design of professional standards, diversified development of relevant resources, practical-oriented concentrations, and marketization of product promotion. Yet, there are also notable problems in this system. An in-depth analysis on this topic can provide enlightenment for the establishment and application of the professional standard system in student affairs for Chinese colleges and universities.
