- 全球胜任力理念是理解国际教育发展动向的重要窗口。在过去近40年中，美国为了保障国际竞争力和国家安全，持续实施着全球胜任力培养国家教育战略。本研究考查了过去40年中美国有关全球胜任力培养相关的10余份教育战略规划、政策文件及研究报告，从中探析美国视角的全球胜任力理念及其原因和实施策略，力求为发展立足中国国情、符合中国全球战略需要的全球胜任力理论和政策提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The concept of global competence offers an important window to understand trends of international education development. Over the past 40 years, the USA has implemented a national strategy of education for global competence with the goal to safeguard its national competitiveness and national security. This study surveys a series of US education policy documents on global competence since the 1970s, in order to examine its conceptual development, driving forces and policy measures. The findings serve as a reference for education theory and policy for global competence in the context of global strategies.
