摘要:
有组织科研是大科学时代高校服务国家科技需求的重要方式,有组织科研与学术自由的兼容问题成为重要议题,自组织是实现二者兼容的重要方法。从科研自组织的视角,科学的专门性和高深性使得科学研究必须尊重科学工作者的主体性,科学研究的组织化也需要遵从自组织的逻辑。关键精英、组织信任、互益关系、开放边界是自组织科研的核心要素,高质量的自组织科研需要培养战略科学家成为有组织科研的关键少数,建设大型科研合作信息平台,构建以科学为中心的服务模式,进行科研评审制度的多元化改革。
Abstract:
Organized scientific research is an important way for colleges and universities to serve national strategic needs in the era of big science. The compatibility of organized scientific research and academic freedom has become an important issue. Self-organization is an important means of achieving both. From the perspective of scientific research self-organization, the specialization and depth of science require that scientific research respect the subjectivity of scientific workers, and the organization of scientific research must also follow the logic of self-organization. Key elites, organizational trust, mutual-benefit relations, and open boundaries are the core elements of self-organized scientific research. High-quality self-organized scientific research needs to train strategic scientists to become the core minority of organized scientific research, build a large-scale scientific research cooperation information platform, develop a science-centered service model, and implement diversified reforms to the scientific research evaluation system.
