摘要:
在人工智能赋能教育强国建设的时代背景下,教育需与时俱进,但也更应坚守立德树人的初心与使命,为此探究了人工智能时代立德树人的全新要义。人工智能时代需要培养的“人”是具有“五性”的党和国家的栋梁之才,是昭彰主体性的“技术驾驭者”,是能动发展自我的“潜能发掘者”。需要培育的“德”是社会主义道德,需形成人工智能时代大德、公德、私德的统一;是培育社会主义核心价值观,引领人们增强对于算法决策的自主性道德价值判断;是树立马克思主义中国化时代化的信仰,并以马克思主义思想作为破除“智能拜物教”,实现“人机物”三元融合的理论武器。基于此,本文提出人工智能时代立德树人的实践路径,要以人工智能技术重构“教育与生产劳动和社会实践相结合”,以人工智能驱动“五育融合”全面培养教育体系的完善,以人工智能赋能“三全育人”的系统化构建。
Abstract:
In the context of building a leading country in education through the empowerment of artificial intelligence (AI), education must keep pace with the times while steadfastly adhering to its original mission of fostering virtue through education. This paper explores the renewed significance of fostering virtue through education in the AI era. The “people” to be cultivated in this age should possess “Five Qualities”: serving as a pillar of the Party and the state, being an active “master of technology” who demonstrates agency and a proactive “potential explorer” capable of self-development. The “virtue” to be nurtured is socialist morality, achieving the unity of the greater good, public morality, and personal integrity specific to the AI era. It involves cultivating the core socialist values to guide people in enhancing autonomous moral judgment regarding algorithmic decision-making, and establishing faith in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, using Marxist thought as the theoretical tool to dismantle the “AI fetishism” and realize the “integration of human, machine, and object.” Based on this, the paper proposes practical pathways for fostering virtue through education in the AI era: reconstructing the integration of education with productive labor and social practice through AI technology; driving the improvement of a comprehensive education system that integrates the “Five Domains of Education” with AI; and empowering the systematic construction of “Comprehensive Education with Three Dimensions” through AI.
