- 本文对独立学院发展变迁过程进行梳理，提炼总结独立学院发展与转型的成因，以及如何在独立学院转设过程中贯彻落实立德树人根本任务。通过对全国40所独立学院的574名教师、13604名学生的调研，主要从组织管理、教学改革、队伍建设三个维度分析了现今的独立学院和未来转设的高校都应当坚持中国共产党的领导，坚持社会主义办学方向，坚持教育公益性，落实立德树人根本任务。
- Abstract:
- This paper combs through the development process of independent colleges, summarizes the causes of independent college development and transformation, and discusses the methods to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation in the process of independent college transformation. By investigating 574 teachers and 13,604 students in 40 independent colleges in China, this paper analyzes the current situation of independent colleges from the three dimensions of organizational management, teaching reform, and team building. It suggests that the existing independent colleges and future transformed ones need to enhance the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the socialist direction of running schools, adhere to the public welfare of education, and carry out the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in talent cultivation.
