摘要:
研究生教育是现行教育体系中最高层级的教育形式,肩负着培养高层次创新型和复合型人才的任务。本文通过梳理研究生教育的历史发展脉络,阐述了系统视角下研究生教育的本质,指出研究生教育是一个人为构造的系统、创新动态的系统、多元的网络系统。基于此,本文揭示了研究生教育的发展特征及基本共识,提出“学习者”和“研究者”角色并行是研究生教育的主要形式,学术共同体互动是研究生教育重要组织特征,知识生产多元模式是促进研究生教育发展的助推器,多元开放的教育网络是研究生教育生命力的保障。未来研究生教育仍会遵循着创新、动态、开放、引领的发展逻辑。
Abstract:
Graduate education, which is the highest level of education in the current education system, shoulders the task of cultivating high-level innovative and inter-disciplinary talents. By combing the historical development of graduate education, this paper expounds the essence of graduate education from the perspective of system and points out that graduate education is a man-made, innovative, dynamic and multivariate network system. It further describes the development characteristics as well as basic consensus of graduate education. The paper puts forward that 1) the main form of graduate education is the parallel role of students as the “learner” and the “researcher”, 2) the academic community interaction is an important characteristic of graduate education, 3) the multivariate model of knowledge production is the booster to promote the development of graduate education, and 4) multivariate and open education network is the guarantee of graduate education vitality. In the future, graduate education will still develop in an innovative, dynamic, open and leading form.
