师生关系和学术兴趣作为博士生创新能力培养的环境和个体影响因素,在博士生创新能力培养过程中发挥着重要作用。本研究采用问卷法对全国35所高校3934名博士生进行调查,分析了师生关系、学术兴趣对博士生创新能力的作用路径和影响大小,并对比了不同学科的差异。结果表明,学术兴趣在师生关系对博士生创新能力影响的过程中起到了部分中介作用;师生关系通过学术兴趣对博士生创新能力的间接影响要大于其对创新能力的直接影响,尤其是在理工科博士生中这一差异更为显著;在师生关系三维度中,认知维度对创新能力影响的总效应最大。要加强高质量师生关系建设,激发和维护博士生学术兴趣,落实博士生培养中的因材施教原则,更好地推动博士生创新能力提升。
Abstract:
Supervisor-student relationship and academic interest play important roles in the cultivation of doctoral students’ creativity as the important environment and individual influencing factors. This paper uses a questionnaire to investigate 3934 doctoral students in 35 universities, analyzes the influence of supervisor-student relationship and academic interest on doctoral students’ creativity, and compares the differences across disciplines. The results show that academic interest plays a mediating role in the influence of supervisor-student relationship on doctoral students’ creativity. The indirect influence of the supervisor-student relationship on the doctoral students’ creativity through academic interest is greater than its direct impact, especially in the fields of science and engineering. Among the three dimensions of the supervisor-student relationship, the cognitive dimension has the greatest effect on creativity. To promote doctoral students' creativity, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of high-quality supervisor-student relationship, stimulate and maintain the academic interest of doctoral students, and implement the principle of “teaching according to merit” in doctoral training.
