摘要:: 近年来，人工智能技术和人工智能产业快速发展，对社会发展和日常生活产生了深刻的影响，世界主要国家纷纷将人工智能列为国家发展的重要战略，大力培养人工智能人才。然而，现阶段人工智能人才的培养仍以技术型、研发型人才培养为主，文科人工智能人才培养力度不足。随着人工智能发展过程中伦理问题和社会问题的凸显，加强文科人工智能人才培养、发展“以人为本”的人工智能已成为必然的趋势。我国应把握文科人才在人工智能发展中的重要地位，加强人文社科和人工智能领域人才的教学科研合作，加强校企合作，建设吸引文科人才的跨学科交流学习平台，建设多层次的文科人工智能人才教育培养体系。

Abstract:: As one of the “three cutting-edge technologies in the 21st?century”, artificial intelligence (AI) plays an increasing important role in the development of national sciences and technology and exerts an increasing impact on all aspects of social life. Now AI has become a momentous part of the national development strategy in most countries in the world and almost all the “World Powers” pay close attention to the training of AI talents. At this stage, however, most countries concentrate on the training of technical and research talents and are lack of AI talents in humanities and social sciences. With the appearance of ethical and social issues in the development of AI, it has become an inevitable trend to develop the “human-oriented” AI and strengthen the training of AI talents in humanities and social sciences. To promote the development of AI, China should improve the status of humanities and social sciences talents in AI development, promote the cooperation between universities and enterprises, build communication platforms for cross-discipline talents and establish a multi-level training system for AI talents in humanities and social sciences.
