学科文化是学科发展路径选择的内在价值机制,一流学科建设需要一流的文化引领,通过对学科发展文化逻辑的把握,可以深层审视和推进学科建设,构建学科进步的长效机制。学科文化是由学科精神、学科范式、学科行为等要素共同构成的系统结构,内蕴规训、凝聚、濡化等功能。论文对理想型的学科文化特质进行了分析,并以此为参照透视了当前高校学科文化困境,指出学科精神遮蔽、学科范式异化以及异质学科文化隔阂冲突等三大文化“症结”。与此同时,提出了包括建立包容性学科文化生态、形塑社会需求导向学科价值文化、创新学科组织与评价范式、推进学科文化开放和国际化等在内的策略体系。
Abstract:
Disciplinary culture is the intrinsic value mechanism on selection of the development path of discipline. The construction of first-rate discipline needs the first-class culture to lead. It can promote the construction of discipline and build the long-term mechanism of discipline progress by grasping the cultural logic of the discipline development. Disciplinary culture system which includes many essential factors such as discipline spirit, discipline paradigm, discipline behavior, has four functions. They are restriction, condensation, enculturation and social responsibility. This paper analyzes the characteristics of ideal discipline culture, which is viewed as a reference to examine the current dilemma of China's discipline culture. It furthermore points out the three major cultural crux: the loss of discipline spirit, the alienation of discipline paradigm and the conflict of discipline behavior. Meanwhile, this paper advances one strategy system, which includes the establishment of inclusive disciplinary cultural ecology, the shaping of the culture that discipline value is primarily oriented towards social needing, the innovation of the discipline organization and evaluation paradigm, and the promoting of the opening and internationalization of discipline culture, and so on.Disciplinary culture is the intrinsic value mechanism on selection of the development path of discipline.
