摘要:
大学组织学习是大学作为“学术共同体”为了与不断变化的外部环境保持一致,在实现大学职能的过程中,进行整体创造知识、改善行为和优化体系的过程。大学通过反馈学习、变革学习和深度学习等不同形式的学习对大学的运行机制、组织结构和治理理念产生影响。当前大学组织学习面临思维滞后、主体错位和知识迷思等现实困境,推动大学组织学习的可能之道包括转变观念,注重开放系统的观念;优化体制,推进大学校长职业化;组织重建伦理,赋予组织知识的地位。
Abstract:
Organizational learning of universities refers to a process in which universities as academic communities create knowledge, as well as to improve deeds and refine system in order to accommodate itself to the external environment in the process of realizing its functions. Various kinds of learning such as feedback learning, transformative learning and deep learning have impacts on universities’ operating mechanism, organization structure and governing philosophy. Currently, organizational learning of universities is faced with dilemma like thinking lag, dislocation of subjects and misconception of knowledge. Possible solutions to these difficulties include changing ideas and regarding university as an open system, refining system and promoting the professionalization of university presidents, redefining knowledge and attaching greater importance to organizational knowledge.
