摘要:
研究生教育作为人为构建的社会系统,需要回归科教融合的本质。本文突破传统意义上学校场域中科研与教学融合的狭义科教融合,提出由狭义科教融合、产教融合、学科融合构成的广义科教融合范式,形成了研究生教育科教融合本质框架。在此基础上进一步探究了知识生产模式Ⅳ的内涵和价值,并提出了研究生教育回归科教融合本质的实现路径,提出知识生产模式多元交融共存,建立多元主体合作网络,激活研究生创新动力,探索创新性人才成长机理和个性化发展路径,强化学科发展、科研形态和研究生教育的互动等具体措施,从而发挥研究生教育倍增效应、集群效应、内生效应、尖峰效应、可持续效应,以期促进新时代研究生教育高质量发展。
Abstract:
As an artificially constructed social system, graduate education needs to return to the essence of integrating science and education. This paper breaks through the traditional narrow definition of science and education integration that refers only to scientific research and teaching in the school field. It proposes a broad science and education integration and an essential framework for integrating science and education in graduate education that combines scientific research and education, production and education, and inter-disciplinary collaborations. On this basis, it further explores the connotation and value of Knowledge Production Mode IV and proposes the realization path for graduate education to return to the essence of science and education integration. It also proposes specific implementation strategies, including the coexistence of multiple knowledge production modes, establishing a multi-subject cooperation network, activating graduate students’ innovation motivation, exploring the growth mechanism and personalized development path of innovative talents, and strengthening the interaction of discipline development, scientific research and graduate education. It is essential to give play to the multiplier effect, cluster effect, endogenous effect, peak effect, and sustainable effect of graduate education to promote the high-quality development of graduate education in the new era.
