摘要:
当今全球正处于百年未有之大变局,新科技革命、国家发展战略与高等教育变革等多因素历史地交汇在一起,各国科技竞争的新态势呼啸而至,使我国面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文旨在通过几个科学突破的例子,阐释加强基础研究人才培养的重要性和战略意义,强调培养杰出人才需高度重视科学精神的塑造和学科规划等。
Abstract:
At present, the world is under a great change that has not happened in a hundred years. The new situation of national science and technology competition, formed by the historical intersection of new science and technology revolution, national development strategies, and higher education reform, has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to our country. This paper aims to explain the importance and strategic significance of basic research talents training through several examples of scientific breakthroughs. To cultivate outstanding talents, it is essential to emphasize the importance of scientific spirits and discipline planning and construction.
