摘要:
教学是大学教师的一项基本任务。教学伦理是教师切实践行育人使命的重要保障。不同于教学纪律和教育职业道德,它并非简单地对教师个体的教学行为提供管束、规范和指引的具体规范,而是着眼于关系范畴,提醒和推动教师群体思考以下问题:在教学互动中自身究竟处于何种地位、应发挥何种作用?什么是合适的教学方法?如何进行教学手段的选择?何为负责任的大学课堂教育?
Abstract:
Teaching is one basic work of university faculty. It is necessary to emphasize the teaching ethics as it is an important guarantee for faculty to carry out their mission practically and effectively. Different to the compulsory disciplines of teaching and the professional ethic requirements of education, teaching ethics does not simply provide specific norms to monitor, regulate and guide individual faculty’s teaching behavior, but reminds and promotes the faculty to think about the following questions: “what position they are in and what they should do in the teaching interaction”, “what is the appropriate teaching method”, “how to choose teaching methods”, and “what is the effect of teaching in talent cultivation”. At the meanwhile, reflections and discussions on teaching ethics will also provide self-evaluation and third-party evaluation criteria in response to questions such as “what constitutes a responsible college classroom education”.
