摘要:
自清华学校改制为清华大学以来,清华的法政教育已有近百年的历史。在这百年的征程中,法政教育一脉婉转,虽然期间坎坷不断,终究树木树人成就非凡,造就了一大批人才。要理解清华大学法政教育的历史发展,需要从清华大学整体教育背景、中国现代教育背景、世界法政教育背景三个维度下进行解读。通过理解清华大学法政教育的历史,吸取经验与教训,更好地接续发展走向未来。
Abstract:
Since the reform of Tsinghua School into Tsinghua University, Tsinghua’s education in Laws and Politics has a history of nearly one hundred years. In this century-long journey, the education of Laws and Politics made great achievements, cultivating a large number of talents. To understand the historical development of Tsinghua University's legal education, it is necessary to interpret from the dimentions of overall background of Tsinghua University, the background of modern Chinese education, and the background of legal education around the world. By understanding the history of legal and political education in Tsinghua University, we can draw experience and lessons to facilitate the future development of education in this field.
