摘要:
通过考察中、美、英、德、日五国在ARWU、THES、QS和UNWR“四大排名”中的总体表现与结构差距,发现:我国大学入选“四大排名”的总量靠前、名次靠后;教学、卓越科研及影响力维度差距明显且理念落后;国际化维度吸引力差、社会服务维度参与性高。未来应从加大资源投入、推进教师考核评价体制改革、转变国际化和社会服务理念等三个方面开展我国的“世界一流大学”建设。
Abstract:
Through analyzing and comparing the ranking distribution and individual index score of universities across China, America, UK, Germany and Japan in ARWU, THES, QS and UNWR, it is found that, the ranking of China’s universities fell behind. There exists a huge gap in the dimensions of teaching, outstanding scientific research achievements and academic influence, a weak attractiveness to international teacher-student and a high degree of participation in social service for China’s universities. In the future, Chinese “world-class university” construction should be carried out in three aspects -- increasing resources input, promoting the reform of teacher evaluation system, and changing developmental ideology for achieving universities’ internationalization strategy and social service function.
