摘要:
近年来,主要发达国家不断激发私立教育活力,助推本国教育实力和国际竞争力提升,且呈现出新的动向。近期通过《民办教育促进法》修正案提供的法律保障下,我国民办教育可借鉴国际通行做法、大有可为:探索分类管理框架下的办学模式,创造驱动教育发展的新亮点;鼓励民办学校成为选择性教育提供方,满足日益增长的差异性需求;完善联动可持续的教育服务体系,强化政策引导效力;鼓励民办学校成为教育教学改革高地,提高教育供给效率;深化民办教育行政管理改革,加强事中事后监管。
Abstract:
Some major developed countries have continuously motivated the private education to enhance national education strengths and encourage international competition capability which new trends surface. With the protection of the newly-revised Nonpublic Education Promotion Act, nonpublic education in China could take reference of international experience and make changes, for example to explore school-running model under classified management frame and create new ways to promote education development, to encourage nonpublic schools to provide selective education to satisfy diverse needs, to perfect linkable and sustainable educational service system and enforce policies’ direction ability, to promote nonpublic schools to be educational reform field and improve the efficiency of education supply, and to deepen nonpublic education administration reform and strengthen supervision in and afterwards.
