摘要:
一流大学示范效应是彰显其价值的重要途径。一流大学的示范效应是一种基于其他高校的模仿而展开的组织学习,在效率机制和合法性机制的双重作用下,其他高校通过竞争性模仿和制度性模仿而使一流大学的示范效应得以体现。运用爬虫技术对高校调研行为的分析表明,我国一流大学的示范效应比较明显,它通过锁链结构渐次传递;行业高校构成了传递示范效应的特殊渠道;示范效应在不同的活动领域存在强弱差异。因此,应重视一流大学的示范效应,构建多维分层的示范体系,提升高校的自觉学习意识和能力,促进“双一流”建设向纵深方向发展。
Abstract:
The demonstration effect of top universities is an important way to highlight their value. It is a type of organizational learning embodied by other higher education institutions through competitive and institutional imitation under the efficiency and legitimacy mechanisms. Based on the analysis of the investigation behavior among higher education institutions with web crawler technology, this study found that the demonstration effect of China’s top universities is pronounced and passed gradually through chain structures; industry-based universities constitute a special channel to transmit it; and its intensity varies in different areas. Therefore, we should pay attention to the demonstration effect of top universities; build a multi-dimensional layered demonstration system; improve institutions’ awareness and ability of proactive learning; and promote the further development of double first-class construction.
