摘要:

大科学时代知识生产的跨学科协同、国家创新驱动发展战略、高等教育内涵式发展及东西方理性文化根基，共同构成中国大学理性体系重构与治理现代化的基本语境。本文基于东西方理性文化差异视角，梳理大学理性的基本内涵与演进脉络，构建出“三级结构”与“五维支撑体系”，明确其对大学治理的统摄引领维度与协同路径。研究表明，大学理性是大学的本质精神内核，二者同源共生、双向赋能；大科学时代大学理性需转向个体理性与集体理性的协同形态，其对大学治理的统摄引领实现了系统性升级。从高等教育哲学本质来看，重构后的大学理性及其理论体系对大学治理的统摄引领作用是内在的、根本的，从根源上解决了长期以来大学治理中存在的价值偏差、逻辑混乱、效能不高等诸多问题，让大学治理从被动应对变化，转变为主动引领自身发展，为我国大学治理现代化与高等教育强国建设提供扎实的理论与实践支撑。

Abstract:

The interdisciplinary collaboration of knowledge production in the era of Big Science, the implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy, the demand for the high-quality development of higher education, and the differences between Eastern and Western rational cultures collectively form the fundamental context for reconstructing the system of university rationality and modernizing university governance in China. From the perspective of cultural differences in rationality between the East and the West,this paper reviews the basic connotations and evolutionary trajectories of university rationality, constructs its “three-level structure” and “?ve-dimensional support system,” and clari?es its dimensions of overarching guidance and collaborative paths for university governance. Findings reveal that university rationality constitutes the essential spiritual core of universities; the two share a common origin, coexist symbiotically,and mutually empower each other. In the era of Big Science, university rationality must shift toward a synergy of individual and collective rationality, achieving a systemic upgrade in its overarching guidance for university governance. From the perspective of the philosophical essence of higher education, the reconstructed university rationality and its theoretical system provide intrinsic and fundamental overarching guidance for university governance. This fundamentally resolves long-standing issues such as value deviation, logical confusion, and low ef?ciency, transforming university governance from passively responding to changes to proactively leading its own development. Ultimately, it offers solid theoretical and practical support for the modernization of university governance and the building of a higher education powerhouse in China.
