摘要:: 中国共产党创办新型高等教育100年的历程中，蕴含着深刻而恒常的必然规律，只有回溯建党之初的具体实践，才能寻得贯穿百年的内在逻辑。新史学可为历史研究的描述、理解、阐释及预测提供方法论借鉴。中国近代高等教育模仿多于创新，湖南自修大学、陕北公学和中国人民大学的创办，反映了创新的一面，它们在哲学上表现为本土化与全球化的辩证统一关系，本土化为全球化提供根源和基础，本土化与全球化的最终目的在于实现现代化。以史明鉴办好中国高等教育，必须坚持党的全面领导、坚持社会需求导向、扎根中国大地办大学，为全球高等教育发展贡献中国智慧和力量。

Abstract:: In the course of the establishment of new higher education by the Communist Party of China (CPC) in the past 100 years, there is a profound and constant law. Only by looking back on the practices in the early years since the founding of the CPC can we find the internal logic throughout the century. New historiography, especially the viewpoints and propositions of the “Almanacs- New Historiography”, provides methodological reference for the description, understanding, interpretation, and prediction of historical studies. There were more imitation than innovation in modern Chinese higher education; however, the founding of Hunan Self-study University, Shanbei public school and Renmin University of China reflected the CPC’s innovation in establishing new higher education. Philosophically, it is manifested as the dialectical unity of localization and globalization. Localization provides the root and foundation for globalization, and the ultimate goal of localization and globalization is to realize modernization. Learning from the history, to establish a better higher education system in China, we must adhere to the party’s overall leadership, adhere to the guidance of social needs, take root in the social context to run universities, and contribute Chinese wisdom and strengths to global education.
