摘要:
人们对高深知识的制度化需要造就了大学。现实中,大学的出现与进化则是社会整体知识制度空间塑造的。当今的人们以实用视角去看待一流大学时,却并未发现知识制度对于大学的影响。如果没有社会整体向一流知识制度的努力,就不可能产生卓越的大学。实际上,大学的成长并不是顺理成章的,其发展与传播以社会知识制度的协作来实现。成功大学的变革需要在制度文明内的知识存量与增量的共同作用下完成。这个过程伴随理性积累,唯有理性的制度才能造就理性大学。
Abstract:
The institutionalized need for advanced knowledge created universities. In reality, the emergence and evolution of universities are shaped by the overall knowledge system space of society. However, when today's people look at top universities from a pragmatic perspective, they fail to find the influence of knowledge system on universities. Without the effort of the society as a whole towards a first-class knowledge system, it is impossible to produce excellent universities. In fact, the growth of a university is not a matter of course. Its development and dispersion are realized through the cooperation in the social knowledge system. The reform of successful universities can only be completed within the knowledge stock and incremental environment of institutional civilization. This process is accompanied by rational accumulation, and only a rational system can bring up a rational university.
