摘要:
查尔姆斯理工大学作为迈向创业型大学的成功案例，其发展历程经历了关键人物领导下的部落关系，社会资本积累与创业组织机制的完善，战略性管理推动下的全面创业转型三个阶段。从组织分析的新制度主义视角分析查尔姆斯理工大学转型的要素，可以看出完善的机构保障、健全的系统沟通、强有力的领导支持、有效的战略引领、良好的文化支撑是其成功的关键要素。上述五种要素由外而内分为“内核层-保护带层-外围层”三个层次，形成一个完整有效的创业型大学发展范式，这种范式不仅阐释了创业型大学转型的基本规律，同时也为我国创业型大学的发展提供了参考。
Abstract:
As a successful case of entrepreneurial university, Chalmers University of Technology has experienced three stages: tribal relations under the leadership of key figures, social capital accumulation and the improvement of entrepreneurial organization mechanism, and comprehensive entrepreneurial transformation under the promotion of strategic management. From the perspective of the new institutionalism of organizational analysis, the successful elements of Chalmers University of Technology transformation include: a sound institutional supporting system, smooth communication within the institution, strong leadership support, effective strategic guidance, and good cultural support. The above five elements are divided into three levels: the kernel layer, the protection layer, and the peripheral layer, forming a complete and effective paradigam of entrepreneurial university development. This paradigm not only explains the basic laws of entrepreneurial university transformation, but also provides implications for the development of entrepreneurial universities in China.
