摘要:
以“占有性个人主体”为人性假设的“想象秩序”导致了创业型大学构建过程中“真实行动结构”的“商品化”“庸俗化”和“简单化”。这些错误的行动最终使创业型大学构建过程举步维艰,甚至失败。基于“行动-结构”理论对创业型大学进行审视,发现创业型大学的创业行动者角色期待、行动目的、行动条件与选择、行动规范性取向都带有学术资源转化特征。
Abstract:
The “imaginary order” based on possessive individual subjectivity leads to “commercialization”, “vulgarization” and “simplification” of “real action structure” in the process of building entrepreneurial universities. These wrong actions may lead to difficulties and even fail in entrepreneurial behavior. Based on the “action-structure” theory, this paper examines entrepreneurial universities and finds that the role expectation, action purpose, action conditions and choices, and action normative orientation of entrepreneurial universities all have the characteristics of academic resource transformation. Therefore, the essential characteristic of entrepreneurial universities is the transformation of academic resources based on the assumption that human beings are human nature, rather than academic capitalism or academic capital transformation.
