在全球跨学科研究组织建设中,斯坦福大学走在世界前沿并呈现出鲜明特征:服务顶层决策的组织职能、布局全球跨学科产研合作、跨学科协同育人新模式及数据驱动式跨学科科研质量评估等,构建了跨学科组织促进机制,包括战略推进机制、组织结构优化机制及资源整合机制等,对我国高校跨学科组织变革具有借鉴意义,启示我国高校树立科学的跨学科理论观,突出咨政服务职能,加强科研数字化治理、科研体制创新、研究范式变革并深化跨学科产研融合。
Abstract:
Stanford University’s interdisciplinary research organization has distinct characteristics: the reform of organizational functions to serve top-level decision-making, the layout of global interdisciplinary industry-research cooperation, the new model of interdisciplinary collaborative education focusing on emerging disciplines, and the data-driven interdisciplinary research quality evaluation. It built a strategic promotion mechanism, organizational structure optimization mechanism, resource integration mechanism and other interdisciplinary organization promotion mechanisms. Drawing on the experience of Stanford University, it is recommended that interdisciplinary research organizations in Chinese universities establish a scientific interdisciplinary theoretical view and focus on the frontier interdisciplinary issues, lead the innovation of scientific research systems and research paradigms in universities, strengthen scientific research collaboration, and deepen the integration of production and research.
