摘要:
心理健康教育直接影响中等职业教育效能。本文通过对多主体的半结构式访谈与调查研究、大规模学生心理健康状况的普测和比较后认为,目前我国部分中职学校心理健康教育仍处于“说起来重要,忙起来不要”而流于形式的阶段,该现状直接导致了中职学生心理健康状况堪忧。同时,对不同学校、年级、专业之间以及作为重大生活应激事件即新冠肺炎疫情前后中职学生心理健康状况比较,明确了处于心理健康劣势的群组,以及突发性生活应激事件可能带来的影响。对此,需提升中职学校心理健康教育效能,形成强有力的学校领导力是前提,引领正向且富有创新意义的学校文化实践是根本,重视心理健康教职员工的专业性发展是关键,以及对学生的心理健康发展过程进行常态性监测是核心,以此将中职学校心理健康教育工作落到实处,以期实效。
Abstract:
Mental health education directly affects the efficiency of secondary vocational education. Based on semi-structured interviews and a large-scale survey of students’ mental health, this paper finds that mental health education in some secondary vocational schools in China is still a mere formality, leading to the worsening of students’ mental health. Meanwhile, through the comparison across different schools, grades, majors, and before and after the COVID-19, the paper identifies groups at mental risks and reveals the possible impact of sudden stressful life events. To change this situation, it is crucial to improve the effectiveness of mental health education in secondary vocational schools. To do so, building a strong school leadership is the premise, cultivating a positive and innovative school culture practice is fundamental, emphasizing the professional development of mental health staff is the key, and regularly monitoring students’ mental health development is the core.
