摘要:

高等教育是教育、科技、人才的交汇点和制高点,承载着自主培养人才、推动科技创新、提升国家竞争力的使命,而教育、科技、人才协同发展是推进高等教育强国建设的关键。教育、科技、人才协同发展对高等教育强国建设和高质量发展具有倍增效应,当前三者在协同发展上还存在不足,因此需要政产学研用合作育人、校企合作统筹推进科技创新以及多主体协作提升国际竞争力。

Abstract:

Higher education serves as a crucial intersection and vantage point for education, science and technology, and talent development. It undertakes the mission of independently cultivating talents, promoting scientific and technological innovation, and enhancing national competitiveness. The synergistic development of education, science and technology, and talents is key to promoting the construction of a powerful country in higher education, which has a multiplier effect on the construction and high-quality development. Currently, there are deficiencies in the collaborative development among these three sectors. Therefore, it is imperative to foster government-industry-university-research-user cooperation in education; to promote school-enterprise cooperation in overall planning for scientific and technological innovation; and to enhance international competitiveness through multi-entity collaboration.
