省域硕士研究生教育发展指数分析-清华大学教育研究

摘要:: 本文构建了规模、质量和效益3个一级指标和8个二级指标组成的省域硕士研究生教育发展指数。实测结果表明，我国各省域硕士研究生教育综合发展水平存在明显差异，北京、江苏、上海、浙江在硕士研究生教育综合发展水平上处于全国领先水平。陕西因硕士生教育经济收益指标得分突出而排名靠前。与此同时，由于考虑到了人口因素以及地区发展因素，部分人口稠密的发达地区存在硕士研究生教育发展程度跟不上地区发展的特征。

Abstract:: Based on existing studies，this paper constructs an index of provincial master education development with 3first-level indicators（Scale，quality and performance）and 8second-level indicators.Calculating the index for different provinces with empirical data，this paper shows that there are notable differences in the comprehensive development of master education in different provinces and regions of China，and that Beijing，Jiangsu，Shanghai and Zhejiang are leading the country in the comprehensive development of postgraduate education.Shaanxi is ranked high for its outstanding score in the index of economic benefits of master's education.At the same time，it is shown that the degree of postgraduate education development in some densely populated developed areas cannot keep up with the regional development.
