- “大学的世界展开力强化事业”是日本政府主导推进并正在实施中的高等教育国际化新战略，旨在促进日本大学与世界高校共建高等教育网络，在全球范围内运作大学间的跨国学生流动。本文通过分析该战略的背景、实施过程与成效，总结其运行特点与意义，揭示其发展前景。并重点研究了该战略支持下与中国高校密切合作的子项目“亚洲校园计划”的创新举措和实践经验，为大学的高等教育国际化提供参考和借鉴。
- Abstract:
- The “Inter-University Exchange Project” is the latest ongoing strategy for internationalization of higher education promoted by the Japanese government, aiming at co-founding an international university network of higher education and promoting the mobility of university students between Japan and the other countries in the world. Through analyzing the background of this strategy and reviewing its formation process and effect, this paper explains its characteristics and significance and discusses its future development. The “CAMPUS ASIA Pilot Program” is a sub-program under the “Inter-University Exchange Project” and operates closely with Chinese universities. This paper also reviews the innovative strategies and operational practices of the “CAMPUS ASIA Pilot Program” to provide inspirations for the internationalization of higher education in Chinese universities.
