- 论文运用对立统一的分析方法，分析了权威和自治的要义及其对提升高校内部治理能力的意义，探讨了实现权威和自治包容性增长的可能路径，以及在包容性增长的框架下，高校内部政治权力、行政权力、学术权力和社群权力的配置和调整问题，通过内部治理体系和权力结构的调整，实现大学内部共同治理并推动大学内部治理能力的整体提升。
- Abstract:
- This paper analyzes the meaning of authority and autonomy to universities by using the method of unity of opposites. Moreover, it discusses the possible paths to realize the inclusive growth of authority and autonomy, and makes a further discussion on the allocation and adjustment of political power, administration power, academic power and community power on the frame of inclusive growth. It aims to realize the sharing governance and enhance the inner governance capability of universities.
