摘要:
面向2035年建成教育强国的技能型高校肩负着培养高技能人才、推动技能型社会建设的重要使命。技能型高校的办学定位决定了其建设逻辑具有典型的实践取向,这要求其哲学基础应从追求普遍真理的科学哲学转向以“实践”为内核,关注人类实践活动与实践价值的实践哲学。基于实践哲学视角,技能型高校建设应树立道德与技能并修的人才培养理念、遵循社会嵌入与历史生成的专业建设思路、坚持具身与理论融合的课程教学模式、确立技能精熟与实践成效为主的人才评价标准。为此,面向实践的技能型高校建设的行动路向要设计德技并修的专业人才培养方案、完善产教协同的动态化专业建设机制、打造理实交融的具身化课程教学形态、构建技能本位的人才胜任力评价制度,助力高水平技能型高校建设,实现研究型高校、应用型高校与技能型高校“三足鼎立”之势。
Abstract:
Skill-oriented colleges and universities, essential for building China into an educational power by 2035, bear the crucial mission of cultivating highly skilled talents and advancing the development of a skillsbased society. Their functional orientation necessitates a construction logic grounded in a practical orientation,demanding a shift in philosophical foundation from the philosophy of science, which pursues universal truth, to practical philosophy centered on “practice” and concerned with human practical activities and their value. From this practical philosophy perspective, constructing skill-oriented institutions should embrace a talent cultivation philosophy that integrates ethics with skills, follow a program development approach embedded in society and shaped by history, adopt a curriculum teaching model blending embodiment with theory, and establish talent evaluation standards that prioritize skill mastery and practical effectiveness. Consequently, the action pathways for practically oriented skill-oriented institutions involve designing professional talent cultivation plans that foster both ethics and skills, perfecting a dynamic program development mechanism based on industryeducation collaboration, creating embodied teaching and learning forms that integrate theory and practice, and building a skill-based competence evaluation system. These measures will contribute to building high-level skill-oriented colleges and universities, ultimately achieving a tripartite coexistence among research-oriented universities, application-oriented universities, and skill-oriented colleges and universities.
