《“人工智能+教育”行动计划》的出台标志着人工智能已成为引领新一轮教育变革的战略性技术,师范教育将迎来“范式创新”的重大机遇。在此背景下,开展“智能新师范”理论研究可为当前师范教育深化改革与高质量发展提供支撑。智能新师范建设旨在借助数智技术在数据处理、即时互联、个性化服务和智能推理等方面的显著优势,实现对传统教师教育体系内在矛盾的再揭示与破解,从而优化教师培养的质量与结构。从概念建构的角度来看,“智能新师范”阶段性地成型于一定的政策语境之中,是数智时代“新师范何为”的具体化表达。政策牵引与技术迭代的耦合效应催化了“智能新师范”的多元理论涵义及相关规范性共识的形成,为师范教育朝向智能化、生态化和循证化演进创造了契机。在现实层面,“智能新师范”概念可链接教师教育发展的传统、经验与预期,以对智能技术赋能未来教师培育这一当前焦点问题的回应展望教师教育的长程转型,充分发挥人工智能在教、学、管、评等方面的应用潜能,深化人工智能与教师教育的共生、共存、共创机制,立足于师范生的发展及教学、学习的需要来作推进“智能新师范”建设的前瞻性部署规划。

The construction of Intelligent New Normal Education aims to leverage the prominent advantages of digital intelligence technologies in data processing, real-time connectivity, personalized services, and intelligent reasoning, so as to re-examine and resolve the inherent contradictions within the traditional teacher education system, thereby optimizing the quality and structure of teacher training. From the perspective of conceptual construction, Intelligent New Normal Education has gradually taken shape within specific policy context, serving as a concrete expression of “what the New Normal Education should do” in the digital intelligence era. The coupling effect of policy traction and technological iteration has catalyzed the formation of diverse theoretical connotations and relevant normative consensus regarding Intelligent New Normal Education, creating an opportunity for teacher education to evolve towards intelligentialization, ecologization,and evidence-based practice. On a practical level, the concept of Intelligent New Normal Education can link the traditions, experiences, and future expectations of teacher education development. By responding to the current focal issue of empowering future teacher cultivation with intelligent technologies, it looks ahead to the long-term transformation of teacher education. Furthermore, it fully leverages the application potential of AI in teaching, learning, administration, and evaluation, deepens the mechanisms of symbiosis, coexistence, and cocreation between AI and teacher education, and formulates forward-looking deployment plans for advancing the construction of Intelligent New Normal Education based on the development of normal students and the needs of teaching and learning.
