作为一项“有计划的组织变革”,美国研究型大学跨学科教育组织是在外部环境与内生驱动的共促下寻求生存与发展。将组织开放系统理念嵌入系统变革理论构建组织解构、重构到再造的分析路径。其中“解构”具体指向国家战略需求、科学范式演变以及培养模式内生变革下美国研究型大学跨学科教育组织的生成动力;“重构”尝试从目标子系统、结构子系统、技术子系统以及文化子系统解读实现组织生存合法化、组织网络行为纽带、治理效能提升以及组织心灵契约中的功能定向与程序化布局,进而揭示其在复杂多变环境中的生存逻辑与变革机理;“再造”则以目标—结构—行为的层级式整合、知识整合、技术整合以及跨学科文化整合构建跨学科教育组织的协调运作路径。

As a “planned org, anizational transformation”, interdisciplinary educational organizations in American research universities seek survival and development driven by both external environments and endogenous factors. By embedding the concept of an open organizational system into the theory of system transformation, this study constructs an analytical framework encompassing organizational deconstruction,reconstruction and reengineering. Speci?cally, “deconstruction” points to the generative momentum of these organizations under national strategic demands, the evolution of scientific paradigms, and the endogenous transformation of cultivation models. “Reconstruction” attempts to interpret from the perspectives of the target, structure, technology, and culture subsystems. It realizes the legitimation of organizational survival,the behavioral ties of organizational networks, the enhancement of governance efficacy, and the functional orientation and programmatic layout within the psychological contract of the organization, thereby revealing its survival logic and change mechanisms in a complex and volatile environment. “Reengineering” constructs the coordinated operational path of interdisciplinary educational organizations through the hierarchical integration of goals, structures, and behaviors, alongside the integration of knowledge, technology, and interdisciplinary culture.
