摘要:

“五大要素论”与“三螺旋”理论偏重创业型大学“怎么建”，创业型大学“是什么”的国际基准理论研究仍显不足。遵循概念提出者的基本要义与现代大学的本质要求，依次选用以生为本、资本转化、经费多元、声誉循环四个要素，构建创业型大学“四维理论”，作为评判创业型大学属性的四个维度。其中，资本转化与由此带来的经费多元属于创业型大学的组织特性，也是创业型大学超越传统型大学的制胜武器；以生为本与声誉循环属于所有大学的共同追求，正是创业型大学最终是否成为学术界榜样的评判准绳。“四维理论”指引创业型大学的中国实践，需要重点突破的环节自外到内主要有两个：在国家政策层面从外部激发创业型大学资本转化的活力，在院校改革层面从内部疏通创业型大学资本转化的堵点。

Abstract:

The Four-Dimensional Theory of the entrepreneurial university, which was born by following the basic principles of the originator of the theory and the essential requirements of modern universities, selects four elements in turn, namely, student-oriented, capital transformation, ?nancial diversi?cation, and reputation cycle, as the four dimensions for judging the attributes of entrepreneurial universities, which have become the four directions to guide the construction of entrepreneurial universities. Among them, capital transformation and the resulting ?nancial diversi?cation belong to the organizational characteristics of entrepreneurial universities,which is also the winning weapon for entrepreneurial universities to surpass traditional universities; studentoriented and reputation cycle belong to the common pursuit of all universities, but they are the criteria for entrepreneurial universities to become role models of the academic world in the end. The Four-Dimensional Theory guides the practice of entrepreneurial universities in China, and there are two breakthroughs to be made from the outside to the inside: to stimulate the vitality of capital transformation of entrepreneurial universities from the outside at the level of national policy, and to clear the blockage of capital transformation of entrepreneurial universities from the inside at the level of institutional reform.
