摘要:
自1926年教育心理学系设立以来,清华大学教育学科已走过百年历程。在民族独立、国家建设、改革开放与强国建设的时代洪流中,学科从无到有、由弱至强,走出了一条育人先行、建制随后、立足大学、服务国家、融通世界的发展道路。百年间,学科形成了结构清晰、特色鲜明的布局与重学科交叉创新、重人工智能赋能、重服务实践改进、重高教基教贯通的鲜明特色,科研实力稳步提升,人才培养成效显著,服务导向鲜明,国际交流活跃,为国家教育现代化和清华世界一流大学建设作出了重要贡献,积淀了坚持以马克思主义为指导、坚持与国家教育现代化及清华大学创建世界一流大学同向同行、坚持有所为有所不为、坚持把改革创新作为发展的根本动力、坚持开放办院、坚持党建引领的基本经验。面向新百年,学科发展既面临难得的机遇,也面临严峻的挑战。清华教育学科将秉持“顶天、立地、育人”的传统,抢抓教育强国建设与科技变革机遇,在守正创新中迈向高质量发展,为建设中国特色、清华风格、世界一流的教育学科不懈奋斗。
Abstract:
Since the establishment of the Department of Education and Psychology in 1926, the discipline of education at Tsinghua University has traversed nearly a century. Amid the historical tides of national independence, national construction, reform and opening-up, and the building of a strong nation, the discipline has grown from scratch and risen from weakness to strength. It has forged a unique path of development characterized by prioritizing talent cultivation, followed by institutionalization, rooting itself in the university,serving the nation, and integrating with the world. Over the past century, the discipline has developed a systematic, well-structured, and distinctive disciplinary framework, with prominent features that emphasize interdisciplinary innovation, empowerment through artificial intelligence, improvement through practical services, and integration of higher and basic education. With its steadily enhanced research capabilities,outstanding achievements in talent cultivation, a strong service orientation, and vibrant international exchanges,the discipline has made significant contributions to the modernization of national education and Tsinghua’s pursuit of building a world-class university. Along the way, it has accumulated invaluable experience: adhering to Marxism as the guiding principle; advancing in tandem with the modernization of national education and Tsinghua’s endeavor to build a world-class university; knowing what to pursue and what to forego; regarding reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force for development; embracing an open approach to running the school; and upholding Party leadership as the guiding force. Looking ahead to its new century, the discipline faces both rare opportunities and formidable challenges. Tsinghua’s discipline of education will carry forward its tradition of “reaching the highest academic frontiers, staying grounded in reality, and nurturing talent.” Seizing the opportunities presented by building a leading country in education and technological transformation, it will stride toward high-quality development by upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, making unremitting efforts to build a world-class educational discipline with Chinese characteristics and Tsinghua style.
