本文聚焦品德、道德、美德、厚德的心理健康价值,从多学科视角,探究品德如何作为心理学视角下心理健康的基础而发挥作用;道德于社会学层面如何构成心理健康的核心要素;美德在伦理学范畴内怎样成为心理健康的重要影响因子;厚德从教育学角度怎样成为心理健康的决定因素。通过分析品德、道德、美德、厚德与心理健康的相互关系及其影响机制,明确提出在迈向心理健康促进的道路上,品德是“路桥”、道德是“路标”、美德是“路灯”、厚德是“路基”。只有“四德协同”“四德并修”,才能高速推进心理健康教育,助力青少年学生心理健康水平提升,全面提高心理健康教育效能,为实现“健康中国”“幸福中国”的宏伟目标固本强基。
Abstract:
This paper focuses on the mental health value of character, morality, virtue, and benevolence from a multidisciplinary perspective. It explores how character functions as the foundation of mental health from a psychological standpoint; how morality constitutes a core element of mental health at the sociological level; how virtue acts as an important influencing factor for mental health within the ethical realm; and how benevolence serves as a determining factor for mental health from an educational perspective. By analyzing the interrelationships and influencing mechanisms of character, morality, virtue, and benevolence, the paper clearly proposes that, on the path toward promoting mental health, character serves as the “bridge,” morality as the “signpost,” virtue as the “streetlamp,” and benevolence as the “roadbed.” Only through the coordinated cultivation and concurrent practice of character, morality, virtue, and benevolence can mental health education be advanced rapidly, promoting the mental health level of students, enhancing the effectiveness of mental health education, and ultimately achieving the grand goals of “Healthy China” and “Happy China”.
