摘要:
正确处理培养人才和满足社会需要的关系是教育强国建设的一个重大问题。解决这个问题需要坚持系统观念,在宏观层面要强化高等教育和工作世界的联系,在中观层面要强化学科专业结构和产业结构的适配性,在微观层面要强化高校课程和职场需求的契合度。正确处理培养人才和满足社会需要的关系也是建构中国教育学的一个基本问题。中国传统“立德修身”与“治国平天下”相结合的教育理念为解决这个问题提供了新的教育哲学。真正的教育要将个体的人生理想与国家的前途命运结合起来,促进个体和社会的全面发展。
Abstract:
Properly handling the relationship between talent cultivation and meeting societal needs is a critical issue in building a strong education system. Addressing this problem requires a systematic approach: at the macro level, strengthening the connection between higher education and the world of world; at the meso level, enhancing the alignment between disciplinary and industrial structures; and at the micro level, improving the relevance of university curricula to workplace requirements. Properly managing this relationship is also a fundamental question in constructing China’s pedagogy. Traditional Chinese educational philosophy, which integrates “moral self-cultivation” with “governing the country and bringing peace to the world,”offers a new educational paradigm for resolving this issue. True education should combine individual aspirations with the nation’s future, promoting the holistic development of both individuals and society.
