在全球创新生态向网络化、开放化演进的背景下,高等教育机构正在发生转型,要求大学向“适度敏捷化”转型。“敏捷大学”以创新基质为核心定位,通过重构创新生态、深化伙伴关系、优化知识流动、开放人才门户,成为社会经济创新的关键枢纽,其本质突破是打破大学-产业-政府刚性边界,形成多主体渗透式协作网络。具体而言,其一,知识创新与转化方面,构建分布式供给系统;其二,空间嵌入上,实现校区-园区-社区“三区融合”;其三,建立教学与科研“液态”双通道机制。在人才培养上推行动态课程体系与跨学科交叉培养平台,在科学研究上建立问题驱动-开放参与式创新模式。敏捷大学将面临学术商业化张力、知识产权确权归属等挑战,中外大学新型实践表明,敏捷大学需依托虚实融合协作平台、智能合约确权制等风险缓冲机制,方能实现迭代发展,持续驱动创新。
Abstract:
In the context of a global innovation ecosystem evolving toward greater networking and openness, higher education institutions are undergoing profound transformation, one that demands universities to evolve toward a model of “moderate agility.” The Agile University, centered on an innovation-oriented foundation as its core positioning, seeks to become a pivotal hub for socio-economic innovation by reconstructing innovation ecosystems, deepening collaborative partnerships, optimizing the circulation of knowledge, and opening more inclusive talent gateways. Its essential breakthrough lies in breaking down the rigid boundaries among universities, industries, and governments to form a permeable multi-actor collaborative network. Specifically, in terms of knowledge creation and transformation, the Agile University builds a distributed supply system; spatially, it promotes the integration of campus, industrial park, and community; and institutionally, it establishes a “liquid” dual-channel mechanism connecting teaching and research. In talent cultivation, it emphasizes dynamic curriculum systems and interdisciplinary collaboration; in scientific research, it adopts a problem-driven and open-participatory innovation model. Nevertheless, the Agile University also faces challenges such as the tension between academic integrity and commercialization, and the clarification of intellectual property ownership. Both domestic and international practices demonstrate that the iterative development and sustained innovation of Agile Universities depend on risk mitigation mechanisms such as hybrid virtual-physical collaboration platforms and smart-contract-based IP confirmation and attribution systems.
