摘要:
工程和技术科学是现代科学技术体系的重要组成部分,具有服务国家科技创新、带动基础研究和工程技术发展的桥梁作用和战略意义。随着工程和技术科学战略地位的凸显,工程教育也呈现出面向工程和技术科学转型的趋势。在现代科学技术体系趋于完善和全球科技竞争愈加激烈的背景下,我国做出加快培养造就大批卓越工程师的战略部署,尤其是通过未来技术学院和国家卓越工程师学院建设布局博士层次的新时代卓越工程师培养,这类群体可以理解为解决工程和技术科学问题的“工程和技术科学家”,其培养不仅在知识体系维度追求实践目标和专业目标,而且更加强调科学性和卓越性的认知目标,并在方法论维度突破高校单一场域、发挥企业主体作用,在解决工程问题和推动技术创新与产业发展过程中实现工程和技术科学理论创新与卓越工程师培养协同互促。
Abstract:
Engineering Sciences is the bridge of modern science and technology system, which plays strategical significance role in serving national scientific and technological innovation, as well as linking basic research and engineering technology. With the prominent strategic position of Engineering Sciences, engineering education has gradually become independent from science education, showing a trend of transforming towards Engineering Sciences. In the context of the increasingly perfecting of modern science and technology system and the increasingly fierce global science and technology competition, China has made a strategical development to accelerate the cultivation of excellent engineers at doctoral level via the School of Future Technology and National College for Excellent Engineers. This group can be considered as “Engineering Scientists” who solve scientific problems in Engineering Sciences. Their cultivation not only pursues practical and professional goals in the knowledge dimension, but also emphasizes cognitive goals with scientific and excellence. In the methodological dimension, it is of great significance to stretch the full potential of enterprises to facilitate the synergy between theoretical innovation in Engineering Sciences and education of excellent engineers while solving engineering problems and yielding technological breakthroughs.
